That's okay! Divorce Wave isn't anything like a traditional meditation app. The app is designed to be approachable and beneficial whether or not you have meditation experience. The Waves are specific to an experience or emotion that may come up for you during your divorce.  All you have to do is listen with an open mind. If you get distracted, that's okay and it's part of the learning process. Just keep paddling. And if you're still unsure, give the free Waves a try. After a few Waves, you'll start to get the hang of it.

You can access the audio content directly through the Divorce Wave app. Divorce Wave is a web-based app, not currently available on the Apple App Store or the Google Play store (but will be soon!).
